Default $500 JKU Roof Rack

Spotted this trawling ebay.

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/JEEP-Wran...item233c24ded7

Initially when I read a 200kg weight rating I thought seems a bit light on. Then looked at some other rack systems and they were rated fairly similar. Its not really an "attractive" rack, but might be of use if your only needing to carry a little extra gear occasionally and not going to abuse it. Might be handy for a few swags or tent when taking the family going up the beach and somewhere to put an awning.

Anywho, Its not for me just thought I'd share as I've not seen mention of them before.

I have seen this advertised somewhere before. Don't know where.
Even if you are not interested in the main structure, the basket seems like a good design.
It is ideal for long stuff and canoes etc, but can secure general luggage easily, similar to a regular basket.
Looks easy to tie stuff to as well.

These guys replicate other brands stuff in china and then sell them off as their own. Their front n rear bars online look like the Mopar ones...

Any company that shows a TJ while advertising parts for a JK has obviously no idea about Jeeps... not sure I would buy one of these unless you can see it in the flesh

They're about 15 minutes drive from my place. I bought some weathershields off them for the doors. One of their staff has a 2 door JK Sport, so at least someone there knows something about Jeeps.
Also, I think if you read the ad, the basket doesn't come with the rack.
