The black thing in the centre is the bleeder valve & the water sensor, give it a firm turn clockwise. It may only be loose.

Yes new filter comes with 2 o-rings. There is a 3rd small o-ring at the top of the water sensor/bleeder assembly which I have had to replace in the past.

I also had issues with the hoses leaking at the filter. Lots of heat in there. Invest is some proper fuel injection clamps and new fuel line.

the small one could be whats leaking, i will check it this weekend, i changed the clamps as i thought thats what it was.
