Did some more on the tj today, plus finally i think have everything sorted for the build, and all the major parts i need to finnish. Few things went in easier than expected, a few things required alot of mucking around with to make it work. but all in all, successful day. Big thanks to Dev, joe and ray for helping out all day.

Got to work mounting the Belly plate, had to fit a 97-02 plate to, 03 Tj. (gives a inch extra clearence. but holes etc dont line up nicely but we made it work

A couple of the crush sleaves werent long enough, so joe extended them

All nicely welded in place.

mocked up where the rear diff will be sitting on stands. (note the pinion/yoke guard, and ubolt conversion on 1350 uni. nice work ian. is going to be tuff.)

New proto fab front bumper. going to be done Black, but an idea of what it will look like on the tj

At the end of the day/night, finnished mounting the front diff. (need to get pinion angles etc right tommorow. just wanted to see how it would sit. Diff was set up to take a 4 inch front stretch. Wont be able to do that on mine without changing steering, so modified it for a 2ish inch stretch, and now my shock sits nicely behind my spring. (with the larger front diff, and small stretch, it compenstated perfectly. and my front driveshaft bolted straight it score.

Tjs basically got front and rear diffs done, Long arm suspension finnished. As of sunday, we will be welding on shock mounts, spring buckets for the rear, running air and brake lines etc.

Have bought 5 meters of cromoly tubing to make steering arm, draglinks etc. start that soon.

heres the last pic i took today, more coming tommorow,

Have changed to a 16inch rim, 4.25 bs. Going to be running a 37 inch comp spec treps. Flexy organised that for me this week, tyres should arrive next week possibly.

Thanks mate. the bars are also really well made. and come with brackets for winch plate. only problem with them, i did like having the big spotties on the arb bar, this doesnt have any places to put them except front main hoop. which means they stick up and look like shiet imo.
might look at getting a pannel Led light for the top, angled down, to make a nice soft light for night crawling, plus wont have to turn it off because im blinding my navi
