Serviced only at Jeep stealerships, no question as to not being done!

Update, Chrysler/Jeep Australia have confirmed to me directly (after I called them)that they will repair the vehicle, regardless of the fact that it's almost out of warranty, I have told Jeep I need a vehicle whilst mine is being repaired.

The delay problem seems to be in communication either in at DC Motors or between them and Jeep - not my problem what communication issues they have, I am the customer as Jeep have very politely told me, I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service at Jeep!

ok, sounds good. The issue I was trying to point out is that the differential fluid service schedule has a wide range, perhaps to avoid failure, owners should look at the more frequent schedule of 25000KM versus the less frequent schedule of 50000KM. You would have to look at your service records to know which schedule you are on.

the link worked fine for me, I just checked it. if you are on schedule "B" then you are going by the most frequent service schedule so that is good.

It has taken 36 days and in excess of $100 in phone calls to finally get approval from Jeep and the dealer for my vehicle to be repaired!
Did you know - were you ever told - that for warranty to be honoured, you must always have it serviced at a Jeep stealership?
When you are travelling as we have for two and a half years although the vehicle has been stamped in the service book Jeep consider it to be an incomplete service record and require invoices from the Jeep dealerships to "piece together" the service history.
All owners of Jeep vehicles still under warranty - keep your invoices and service records!
I will reserve my opinion as to how I as a customer of Jeep and the dealer have treated me (read ignore) to a later seperate post - it won't be pretty.
