There's a guy who advertises in the trading post for soft top repairs on zooks, might want to have a look. Otherwise maybe try boating places.

1. Long needle nosed pilers to squeeze the zipper mechanism as close as possible.
2. Wax or dry lube on the ziper teeth.
3. Also pull the zipper "inwards" whilst closing......

Not a perfect solution but hopefully helps....

yar as long as you can get it closed.. my driver side window was gone, motor trimmer fixed it with luve and needle nosed pliers and didnt want anything for it.. you should be able to find the places on the zip that it is not catching.

Make sure it is all clean at those places and that the zipper mechanism is tight and catching in those places.

squeezing the zipper mechanism at the rear is best, or it worked for the motor trimmer anyway

you should be able to avoid a replacement zip..

WOOHOO. With the hot weather today and lots of ezy glyde spray i have managed to get the zip done up. Enough for me to limp it to and from jambo then time for it to die.
