Default Braided water pump pipe??

After finally putting the block back in I find the top pipe that exits the water pipe (4.0L) has a leak at the thread. So this will entail pulling the whole water pump off again and resealing the thread, due to the pipe being in such a shape that it is impossible for it to screw off with the pump still attached.
Has anyone ever had a braided water pipe made up so you don't have to spend half a day dismantling the front end and then refitting new gaskets etc.
