Default Front diff air locker

Just had a tera44 4+ axle housing installed, was second hand. Has arb td157!air locker but the shop has no time to install the air compressor so the locker is not working yet. Question is when I jack both front wheels up. I can spin one and the front driveshaft will spin but the other wheel won’t. If I spin the opposite wheel the same thing happens. Only that wheel will spin and the front driveshaft. Is this normal, obviously if the locker is engaged they will both spin together but this just seemed strange to me. Did the Same with the rear as it has a rd157 arb air locker not hooked up yet and if I spin one wheel, the opposite wheel spins in the opposite direction or vice versa. That’s what I thought the front would do.

Also I have the Tera 44 4+ axle housing with adjustable lower control arms. I have a 4.5 inch lift.. my car drove pretty good before with the lift, hi steer adjustable track bars etc. to me the axle housing looks like it’s rolled to the back and the front spring doesn’t look like it’s lined up. Has anyone used these axle housing. Would adjustable upper control arms be an option?

An air locker is a normal differential centre when it is not engaged and so your observations are normal.
