Installed the Intercooler & Pulley upgrade kit from Sprintex last week. Guys at Sprintex gave me their new tune for the Diablo Intune - worked a treat which is a surprise seeing as RPM in the US couldn't get a single Diablo tune to run on mine without severe knocking (They were more than helpful writing a Hypertech tune however)

Had it back on the same dyno and saw 143rwhp, so made an extra 20-25hp over the previous run non-intercooled. But the biggest difference is on the road, as the smaller pulley brings the boost up a lot quicker through low-mid rpm range. Pulls great ! There's still probably some more power to be had with tuning, as it was running abit rich - AFR's down to 10:1 through the mid to top rpm range (where my old Hypertech tune was too lean - 13:1). Highest boost reading was 9psi, think it was 7-8psi before the pulley change, but keep in mind there is a boost drop over the intercooler.

Sprintex are currently working on an improved tune for the intercooler upgrades, but happy to run it slightly rich for now - much better than its previous lean tune.

Keep in mind this is with 35's, 4.88 ratios, and auto, stock exhaust

Running fat, to some extent, is way preferred over running lean......sounds like a win!

Installed new Fox evolution 2.0 shocks from DBOR to rear of the JK with the Teraflex outback coils. These Shocks are so much more controlled then the Synergy shocks I just had in there. Still running Synergy coils and Shocks at the front but I think I will at least change over the shocks to Fox when I get the chance to blow some money.

Installed an led strip light interior top windscreen area to help with the dismal dome light in the 2dr jk. So much brighter now. Next step is to do the footwells

Fitted my Rugged Ridge roof rack, just need to get the crossbar adapters so I can fit those as well.

Very easy to fit and should do a great job of carrying the roof basket or canoe.

Cheers
