Got the extractors on last Saturday - fired it up and it 'seems' good. No high revs, no weird noises, just bloody loud!

Got it booked in to get connected to rest of the exhaust later today, fingers crossed this means the yellow jeep is back on the road!

EDIT: Do I really have to connect up the rest? =P Short video

Sounding good Hamsteh, reckon it would get real old real quick if you drove it around like that though haha

Ordered my exhaust manifold and new o2 sensors...looking forward to getting it fixed up, I don't like having to drive around with an o2 sensor unplugged...

Today was a busy one, first up I pulled out the transfer case and gearbox only to find one of the rear tailshaft bolts wouldn't undo from my SYE so I fixed that with a cutoff wheel, swapped in a new gearbox and re-assembled, fitted a new CPS while I was under there.
Then I fitted my freshly arrived Rugged Ridge weathershields....

Now it is time for a bourbon

Yep, I will grab a pic tomorrow, couldn't be stuffed now, but they fit nicely and are almost as dark as the thing above the rear tailgate window so it kinda matches.
It should help with all this rain as I can leave the windows down a little and let it ventilate.....

Received my 125L fuel tank today and vents before that.
Now just waiting on funds to get my rear bar then I can take my
winch bar, sliders, fuel tank and rear bar to the powder coaters.

Also moved alot of tools and gear from the rear into storage as it was getting real heavy with a full tank of LPG and a full tank of petrol with all the gear in the back.

Haven't placed the vents yet.

Got it back from the aircon charlatans, now has a new compressor, evaporator, condenser and orifice tube - now ice cold, just in time for winter.
