My WK2 sitting in the dealers back lot until pickup on Friday.

Will be have the same as these rims on it when I pick it up, with BFG ATs (dealers own limited in the pic).
Anyone want to buy 5 x 18" Laredo rims & 4 x brand new Khumos (no tpms units)?
Somehow my vehicle came with 5 laredo rims plus the steel spare.

With the earlier WK2's, the offroad adventure pack on the limited and overland included a swap to 18" rims. I guess that might be the same with MY14, hence why it came with Laredo rims.

Yep, off road pack adds the laredo rims. I was looking at these 10 spokes, they also do them in black, which I'd prefer, but doesn't seem to be any stock anywhere....

I understand optioning the offroad pack means my vehicle comes with the 18" laredo rims, but somehow my vehicle was delivered at the dealership with 6 rims (5 laredo rims & a steel spare) and 5 tyres and 5 tpms units.

When I then opted for 5 of the 18" grey 10 spoke rims pictured above, I ended up with 6 of them.

I think some in the parts/ordering department is number dyslexic (dyscalculic?)

Maybe I should order 1 rock rail and see if a pair of them show up . but I might end up with 2 for the same side

Anyway, I pick up my new jeep tomorrow. . I had a cherokee about 10 years ago and have fond memories of it.

200 series landcruiser are still very popular on the 2nd market. Sold my current vehicle, unseen by the buyer other than a few pics, within a few hours of listing it yesterday.

Yep, Im trading (or selling privately) a 100 series sahara, hoping it gets snapped up. Just got to get my missus to test drive before the purchase gets given the rubber stamp. Then I'll be looking at new rims, rubber, rock rails, tow hooks and a pioneer platform rack..... should be fun.

The new vs the old.

Early thoughts on the grand cherokee overland vs the VX cruiser.

Jeep rides much better, has more features & is generally more fun to drive.
Cruiser has more storage areas & room to fit underbonnet/interior extras

Yep, there are 3 things I'll miss on the sahara, the fridge in the center console, the storage space for going camping and the airbag suspension that can be softened or firmed with the dial.
