I have reinforced the mounting points as the chief ones aren‘t available yet, I may switch to them later this year. Most important in my opinion are the both front mounts, which are now M8 screws where they mount to the body, under the air suspension tank.
Very nice.

Do you have any photos of under the spare wheel recess?

Do you all remove the plastic surround bits surrounding the spare tyre well? I am thinking of ditching it to create a proper frame, one that I can hinge off.

One of the guys from the forum came over and showed me what he had done to his boot/hinged lid so gave me some ideas. Looks very much stock but usable and more sturdy option.

I know hey...

Have something on this weekend!

Was spewing I didn't go to Guilderton-Ledge last Sunday, looked like you all had fun. I was up in Lancelin the day before, even that was a struggle as I was on call for work, literally logged in the laptop on the dunes.

Wait till I get some rubber on the new 18's, then I'll look forward to more adventures.

Under the lid is everything stock, except a 255/70r18 tire. I thought about a hinged option but was too much effort, as I remove the drawer system when I‘m not travelling I can live with this sokution.
The original carpet lid is surprisingly sturdy and ligthweight, so I kept it.

Did you hinge the floor or will you just remove the fridge to access the wheel well?
