Default JK Front Bash Plate
Well compared the MOPAR one to what I could fab for the price that they wanted and deciced to take some measurements last night and have a play on google sketchup. Will bolt directly to the MOPAR steel bar and to the existing bash bar.

Well had some fun and need to detail properly the sketch dimensionally with thickness and accurate locations of the holes etc. The letters are not an issue and can get these easilly and plug weld them on the back.

Was thinking differnt things like doing 7 slots, AJOR and Unlimited etc

What do you think???

Once I get it dimensionally correct I was going to speak to one of the fab subbies we use and see what the cost is to get 10 or more laser cut and folded. They do lots of 1 off jobs and custom work to supplement the larger project stuff.

I would rather have the letter laser cut so no welding was needed, just clean folds and cutting.

and would be happy with AJOR if that keeps the cost down to get them all the same
