& then there was 2!
Actually 4 if you count the 2 XJ's.
Did a trip to Ballarat to look at a KJ CRD. The main reason being it was cheaper than a replacement engine for my other KJ. The inspection went good. The wholesaler, Ballarat Motor Group were great. Just pointed me in the direction of the jeep, handed me the keys & said to let them know when I wanted a test drive so they could get the traders plate. No pressure at all. I took the jeep for a test drive to supercheap to get a OBD11 scan done. It drove very well & I was happy with the scan results. Upon return the sales guy was easy to talk to & we soon were able to do a deal. The jeep performed well on the way home. I even did a little 4X4 trip through the Whroo forest as my GPS decided it wanted me to go on unsealed roads, more like goat tracks. The jeep went so well, I have now decided to try & rebuild/repair the other KJ engine. Just need to get a roadworthy done on this one. I am still trying to track down the previous owner to get some better service history.
Its a very standard one. Steel rims & cloth seats.
