Started the replacing of the bushes and balljoints in the lower control arms. Wow... What a task!!! Can see why people just buy the complete arm now. But with shipping they were around $1100au a pair! We had to custom machine our own collars and pressing dies which took up a lot more time. Started at 5pm and finished at 11:30pm and cost me around $250.

One more of the finished arm. Such a different feel, less lateral movement and much tighter. Going to do upper control arms next, rack ends, rear control arm bushes and already have my coils. Brand new suspension!! Fingers crossed the driveline stays awesome!!

Any chance you've got photos of them?
I was planning to press the bushings soon'ish, have a pretty big kit for my press but would be handy to see what you needed.

Will try track them down. But in a nutshell, basically a puck about half a millimetre diametre smaller than the bush bore and used a pipe and machined the internal diametre down to clear the balljoint boot but fit firmly on the outer edge. Will try get pics.
