It seems like I may have been wrong in thinking the panhard was the problem.
I will be interested to see if religning the front axle next week reduces the gap even more. But from what you are saying it would probably be unlikly.

Well the panhard was fitted late last night it seems like it made a slight difference to the leveling up. I measured again about an hour ago and she is now sitting at only 10mm higher on the drivers, which would be about about right considering the right coil was a little bit longer when I fitted it. As for the difference the panhard made it was only slight about 5mm.
Unless it settled in more but I did over 200km before I fitted the panhard so I would think it should have well settled back it before the panhard was fitted.
I will admit I could be wrong but I have no other real explanation for the improved levelling out.

Regards A

Sorry to see you had to sell it, amazing vehicle.

I'm sure you'll have another beast up and running in no time though.

replaced the steering knuckle (stripped out caliper bolt holes) and fixed the inop HVAC fan (melted connector under dash).

Fitted the new drums on Tuesday night...what a difference, the brakes work so much better now. The handbrake actually works too, problem is something went snap and now the handbrake is completley loose, just the cable I hope but need to pull the centre console off to investigate. The drums are dragging a bit too so need to adjust them a bit.

Next on the list of stuff is the steering I think. It's not too bad but definatly needs some attention, I noticed that the swaybar is actually hitting the spring on one side so I don't know what the deal is there...I'm thinking new bushes, ball joints, and steering dampener should tighten things up hopefully.
