All the diets can be dangerous for your health if you don't know what you are doing.
The same with the medications. I always check Canadian Pharmacy website for tips about those, side effect i should be aware of and the correct dosage for a particular drug. That is a very easy thing to do and that shows that we really care for our own health.

I often do cleansing diet. It helps me to be in a good shape. Especially juice cleanse

I also often sit on a cleansing diet, there are actually a lot of them, I want to try a clear liquid diet (actually this one https://betterme.world/articles/clear-liquid-diet/ ) before going on vacation, has anyone tried it?
