Default Torn up CV's on ZJ

Hi - i haven't posted on here in a while - sold my XJ and bought a 97 ZJ. The ZJ has a 2 inch lift. Since putting on 31 inch MT's with steelies that have 3.5 inch backspace - within 1500 KM i notice my CV boots on both sides on the front are chewed up but had no real CV noise. Regardless I ordered replacement CV shafts and new wheel hubs too ( for the front and put them in last weekend (Rock Auto - APWI CV Axle parts CH8038A and CH8039A) If this happens again am i destined for U Joint axles like ? :-

And if so how can i tell if these bolt right on of if i have the " central axle disconnect system" in my ZJ ? I have Quadra-Trak so constant 4WD - so i'm guessing i'm safe ?

We have a '98 ZJ owned since new, that came with Selec-Trac and it came with the u joint front halfshafts. Never had to change them. the Quadratrac models did have CVs because its constantly engaged, but then you can run a Selectrac in Full Time 4x4 (we did this in the winter for months at a time) the only difference is you will feel a bit of feed back through the steering with the u joint half shafts. So if you can get a set to fit, I say go for it they last LONG time...in our case the jeep is just about at 180,000 miles
