Took the car for a little play in the sand dunes near lancelin over the weekend. Good fun.

Took a run up to Cervantes today, called into the Pinicals again (cause its 1/2 price for me now) and took a drive through.

PS: how many Kings awnings are getting about.

Your tyres don't appear to be down much Warby, I was watching a few out there Sunday.
There's some idiots with all the gear & no idea on there too.

There seem to be heaps kicking around now, I bought one not long ago, haven't had a chance to use it yet though, having a close look at it, it's exactly the same as my mates ARB awning, apart from the connectors on the end of the pole are metal and the ARB ones are plastic.
How has yours held up in the wind and such?

They weren't down at all on that occasion - Had been a lot of rain and it was firm as where we went (didn't venture far from the entrance). Made a point though of staying away from any of the areas which did look like they were still soft so as not to chop it up unnecessarily.. Had the GF (who is uncomfortable offroad at the best of times) and her parents with me so it was never going to be anything too adventurous that day :P

Saw the same when I was down at buffalo beach recently - people not airing down and trying to compensate with more throttle.
