Default TPS Range / Values

Simple question, couldn't find it here, sure someone will know and might help others in the future.

Checking my TPS gives 13% for closed ramping progressively up to 75% at wide open.

Does anyone have the manufacture numbers so I can confirm it's OK?
I can see this range could be shifted with mechanical adjustment, does anyone do this to set it?

Thanks in advance 2004 4.0 engine, manual

that sound about right for a non adjustable sensor and the same as what mine reads according to the scangauge. Ithink if I loosen the screws and bump it a bit, idle would be 12%

the PCM reads a straight voltage 0.26 at idle to 4.49 volts at WOT according to the FSM. your scanner is reading the same voltage and then converting it to a percentage based on the 0v to 5v range and I suspect it isnt exactly linear. in reality the Jeep's computer is just reading it as a voltage reading and self adjusting.

it would be better if the scanner read the exact voltages at idle and WOT then you can compare it the above specs taken out of the FSM

I've never been able to find what the exact correlation is between the voltages and percentages, if you do post it up

Thanks for that, I might plot it on a rainy day.
When I looked properly I realised it's not actually adjustable. The sweep is not jumpy so I'm happy.
