Got my front axle ready to go, now I just have to commit to pulling the rear off the Jeep with the knowledge it will be off the road till the rear axle is built! heres some pics anyways...
New ball joints, and a close up of the Summit anodised axle seals


Out with the old in with the new??


Test fitting the new cover and fitted the upper bushings


Ready for the TJ knuckles

I thought about trussing it but cant be bothered with the Fab work to do it just yet. And can't afford the cash to buy a premade truss. I'm not planning on taking it off any sweet Jumps for now so It should be fine, I might look at that down the line though, got a few mates that are decent Welders.

would love to do this to mine but am worried about putting a camber in the housing from the heat its something i believe would be difficult to do right.

Yeah mate, you have to tack it down to a frame so it cant bent up with the heat, but you would know more about that than me!
