Default Drum Brakes - extra parts

I am replacing the shoes on my XJ and some of the parts in the kit are different from what's on my XJ, i am sure they are equivalent and will go on somewhere but i can't quite work out where. Anyone any ideas?

springs are meant to be on either side of flat piece below your wheel cylinder , not sure on others.
