You can get the Wynns EGR3 so easy over there so that would be handy to do.
Yes I have read your post about it and it is on my list of things to do. I have already removed my EGR valve to clean and it was in very good shape. There was just a little bit of sooth on it, and hit it with a little bit carb cleaner and it was as shiny as new, no sticking. but god knows in what shape is the intake manifold. What I understand from your manifold cleaning post that it is a major PITA to remove.

We live in an apartment in the city and my workshop is in the weekend house, so time to work on car is limited. I will look into this EGR cleaner

If we could buy it retail over here I would have done that but they don't sell it to retail here only workshops.

Looked here in few shops, they didn't had it. Will keep looking, or can get from ebay.

I did finally got a obd device and torque pro app, checked the boost pressure vs. rpm, below are the results in two runs. Max boost is 14 psi, does these numbers seems reasonable?

Those results seem similar to mine, air temp and right foot position can cause variation but they seem okay, can't recheck mine as my OBDII unit has gone cactus ATM.
