All good stuff
Out of interest what were the average temperatures were you experiencing out there ?
Just had a couple of hot days here in England and the pathetic media were telling us we were all going to die ha !
Is it a diesel or petrol you've got all those miles on ?

OK so, temperatures varied as you would expect. Higher north I went (a straight line distance of about 3000km), day time temps were low to mid 20C - 28C. At about 6am temp would drop to -2 and climb quickly with sun rising.
Had to take clothes and bedding for the extreme day-night temp range.
I slept with one sleeping bag under my mattress, two sleeping bags on top (rated for -5C) and also slept in my clothes...still felt like I was freezing!
Deserts lose a lot of heat at night cos of no cloud cover and clear skies.

I have been in some places where the temp was 48C at 6pm, 40C at midnight and -4C at 6am... I am not kidding and all in a 24 hour period.

Vehicle is petrol 3.8L.

Yeah we have been reading/seeing about England's (and Europe's) hot summer temps... about bloody time the country warmed up, although you all could do without the fires.
The greenies and climate changer liars are all having their wet dreams of course.

Here in good old Australia, its not uncommon for summer temperatures to peak 40C+ for days in a row and sometimes close to a couple of weeks. And of course severe bushfires are part of the season.

Cheers and enjoy the sun tan.

A lot of these fires here and in many places are started deliberately, wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't done by the climate nutters themselves to promote their beliefs / religion.
I read this was so in the last batch of fires in California & arrests were made.
We had the Extinction Rebellion mob smashing windows at a News Corp. because in their minds they weren't reporting the 40 degs temp enough.
Now its got colder & some are putting their heating on in JULY summer WTF ! but they don't mention that.
Looking back in history to 1911 39. +C was recorded at the Royal Observatory I believe, back in the day when air was heavily polluted from burning coal and the amount of heat retaining concrete / brick was far less.
Yes liars liars, someone should set 'their' pants on fire, for all the grief & expense they are causing, with this witch doctor science.
Brainwashed shills for the New World order.
Oh the 40C was recoded at Coningsby RAF fighter station & Heathrow Airport where all that concrete & jet wash has no effect on temps of coarse.
How the news now report stuff from just 5 years back

I mean what's all that lave spread across Europe ?

Luvved it... and what u say.

I think that we are drenched in really poor quality "lazy" journalism nowadays where it is the norm to sensationalise even a fart by a chicken as if it were an atomic explosion that would render the earth inert for the next million years. The thing is though, I don't think chickens can actually fart, but that doesn't matter for what passes as "truth" in today's world. Lies, damn lies and more lies seems the common mantra for "truth" nowadays.

Modern journalism, if that is what you want to call it, is now driven by equally lazy journalists, and newspaper owners with their eye only on the bottom line and that improves when you sensationalise the equivalent of a chicken farting. Social media doesn't help, now channelling what people will read on their computer screens.

Recently I decided to do an experiment. For one day I targeted a particular type of news story presented on the internet. Over the day and the next day all I saw coming up was similarly natured/focussed stories about which I had no real interest. Then I changed the focus and lo and behold, same thing. This is because internet services monitor your key strokes etc and then decide what you are interested in and channel this "interest"to you. Big brother has really arrived and been with us for years. If you dont believe me, try it!!

The thing about activists is that many of them are not all that bright, not that well informed, and are driven by banner headlines rather than any real insight or understanding of the issues they bleat on about. In my experience working in universities the most radical activists really were the poorest performing students, angry at the world and disappointed in their own lives, who made the most noise about everything and anything. In the long run, they all fail in their causes because they are so extreme and because they all think that we are idiots. Their real danger presents itself when they merge with the power processes they want to overthrow... this is when they gain the power and influence to make the world bend to their demands.
