Ahhhh, interesting! After reading that I went back and reread the Qld Code (which is substantially what the National Code was based on, the Vic Code is a bit more relaxed, luck buggers) and in the dark corners, almost hidden from view lol, was the bit of information that the side windows can be T20, but tailgate and front windows must be T35 or better, yay!

The simple answer is that the alloy ones are able to be “legal” if approved by one of the tyre and rim authorities. Steel rims can not be legal as they require 2 or more welds around the circumference.

I don’t have any specific model information yet.

Just ordered a master vac or power brake booster from rockauto, about US$240 on a 5 day delivery. Stealership wanted $653 for it and 6 weeks to get it in, Bwahahaha..what a joke.

New motor is going in now. Then replace the master vac, new brake master cylinder with emergency accumulator, remove airbox, swap battery to left side to make way for the supercharger. New ABS sensors to go in as well and more to do for Camp Coffs

Hope all your mods and fixes are on track guys
