Problem with mine is I think the thread is rusted and it wont budge. I've sprayed the magic spray so we'll see what happens.
Thanks for the info mate. Just made the adjustment and now my steering is tight (well as good as a live axle can get I imagine) instead of the 2-3" play it had before!

Note to anyone trying this, the locknut is reverse thread and the setscrew is normal thread.

Got sick of my eyesore of a sound bar that had no fabric, just that crappy foam that is the colour of this forum background. The foam was all scratched, so i pulled off the trim, disconnected the light and the speakers, removed the speakers, and scrubbed the foam off with a fingernail brush. It took it off quite well. Then i gave it a once-over with a green scourer, wiped it down, and sprayed it in gloss black from a rattle can. 2 coats 5 minutes apart. With the ribbed texture of the plastic it is almost impossible to get drips.

Put it all back in and it looks a LOT better. Not the eyesore it used to be.

Replaced my license plate globes with 1W LEDs again after the last set failed.

Then pulled the battery out and covered all my loose wires around in corrugated tubing, including those running through to the headlight housing - like my LED DRLs, HIDs and spotties (also HIDs). A lot neater and one less thing to be worried about in the long run.

Also tried to work out why my right hand side marker light wasn't working. Wasn't the LED 'globe', wasn't the sockets. Managed to get it to come on or a brief moment but must have blown a fuse as now my right tail light won't work. Swapped the tail light globe from the opposite side and same issue. Looked online and apparently there is a fuse per side so will have a look in the morning.

Default camp coffs

Well, made to coffs. First trip, a moderate one, and the xi starts breaking down, on a bloody steep incline. Stank terribly of fuel. Made it home ok. Second day, wife wants to drive an easy one and just as it gets interesting the bloody xi doesn't wana play, again. Pulled a code 21 and 42. Have swapped a/c relay with asd relay. Can't do much bout o2 at the moment.

Replaced the fuse, back in business again, including the side marker.

Picked up a maxi blade fuse holder for my twin fan conversion (@ 20% off this time) then measured and cut some 12ga wire for the wiring loom.

What's the general consensus for mounting extra relays in the engine bay? Will most likely mount them to the outside of the fuse box on the engine side.
