Mine did it today. For the first time. Didn't find it a major problem just held it at a weird angle. And got diesel all over the side of the car when it overflowed. lol

I found out about the 1 o'clock filling position by trial and error and it does seem to make a big improvement. I am saving up for the extended Long Ranger tank.

the lonranger tank is great mate. i've had mine in for about 30k now, you could fill up with a fire hose at full bore. only glitch is (because of the filler design) about a third of the fuel goes into the reserve and two thirds into the main each time you put fuel in. it's just a matter of hitting the transfer switch to put it back into the main tank (while you are driving).

Default TSB Number

Group: Fuel
Service Bulletin Number: 14-002-09

Parts:
Vent filter,
Vent Tube,
Vent Line,
Recurculation Line,
4 x Tie Straps
(He said the parts quickly so I think thats right)

It is a general service bulletin so it will not come up if your dealer types in your chassis number.
They must use the number above to find it.

Good luck everyone

And to think that they could solve it with a single length of slightly larger diameter fuel hose. These guys should work for the government!
