Thanks Fellas,
Couple of vids from the weekend as well.
Got the missus to drive down to check the rear flex.
Was an awesome weekend with the Brisbane Jeep Club at Landcruiser Park, 17 Jeeps and a bucketload of good folks.

Looks cool. Are they Truxus tyres your running now.
You know that's the first time I've ever seen someone go down Camp Rd. We've only ever gone up it, mind you i did see a tool one day try to go up in reverse in a Bronco so that's kinda like going down.

Hey Fester, they are Nitto Mud Grapplers. They gripped the Camp rd and the canyon really well!
We did drive back up, i have video of the JK's that were there that day, only some photos of mine. There are more photos and vids on the BJC forum.
Dave
PS been looking for those winch ends, did you find any cheaper?

Knew I'd seen them in the US mags.
Viking Offroad and Masterpull both do a version that is almost 1/3rd the price of the Factor 55 one with the only difference being they run the winch rope through them as replacement for the thimble. So where the Factor 55 just puts your rope and thimble inside held with a locking pin the others have to be spliced back into the rope. For the price though I'm now reading up on splicing my own eye.
Here's a link http://www.vikingoffroad.com/product...zed-Black.html
