Where did yo get those bump stops from? Did you order from oversea? Mine are shot too and I thought of taking then off the Petrol Jeep. However, I recall what a shitty job that was (took them already from another petrol doner) and I had to use plenty of WD40 to get them out. I rather save me time and install new ones instead, and keep the others a spare.

I dont recall that I have those spacers. I have some on the V8 but there I have a 6.5 Inch lift and the spacer are way longer than the one on your pic.

2 for 39 bucks from Amazon. Delivery was 8 bucks, and they got here pretty fast.

One of mine was just like gooey foam and just fell apart. The other was worn, and not quite as bad. Came out in about half a dozen pieces.

Went back in like a dream.

I will test for room, and if I can take the spacers out I will. If they need to stay though, then all cool.

I just purchased these:

https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/164442323171

To install I push the bumpstop into its holder and find a block of wood to fit between the diff and the bump stop. To install I drive forward a ways then jam on the brakes and voila the rubber in installed easily.

Thanks RTB and Jason.

The installation is a breeze but as I said, I had a pair on my donor and it looked as good as new. Getting them out is a different story and on the first I was fighting almost for an hour to get it out till I found the handle how to do it. I think I go for the new option and spare me some headaches.

Nonetheless I have to get the others out too so that I can install the spacers once I have the lifting parts transferred over.
