Default KL appearance, what do you think?

Mine is a diesel with chrome door handle and rear light trims added only. I like the look of the front and side views, both look really good to me, the front is a bit different from the usual but that's good. It's the back I don't like, if anything needs changing it's there. Far too fussy.

But two out of three ain't bad

I pretty much agree - the rear is very generic - I have to double take the rears of Santa Fe and especially Mazda Cx5 to make sure whether they're a KL or not... The rear indicators are a bit too small as well - i find them hard to see on other KL's when I'm behind (bothers me mine are that hard to see too).

Stick some decent tyres on it! Looks much better.

Then paint the muffler black too

Good point about the muffler and trim Dave, will have a look at mine to see if some black there would improve the appearance.

Actually, looking those pics it occurs to me that the basic colour makes a big impact / difference - ie. you don't see that Granite colour too often (at all? ) in bloody CX5's - but 4 out of 5 of the buggers are Red - same as ours...
