There are a couple of cat back systems available for 3.2 petrol KL in the states - not sure how compatible those would be in their entirety for the diesel tho? (does the KL diesel have all that blue poo guff built into it??)
I cant speak for the whole system, but a suitable replacement / upgrade for the main muffler at least would be a Hooker Aerochamber 21721. That muffler is the same configuration as the OEM muffler - ie. 1 pipe in / 2 pipes out (all 2 1/2 inch) and should be easy / quick / cheap to get fitted + give a VERY nice note. I'm a great fan of Aerochamber mufflers - I have one on my mildly worked 4.0 EF Falcon and it sounds great - as in excellent sound without being obnoxiously loud.
I'm planning to get one of those onto our 3.2 Trailhawk probably later this year.
There are likely similar compatible types of mufflers from other popular brands too - ie. Flowmaster / Magnaflow etc. (all of those are American of course).
As far as the rest of it goes, all you can do is speak to a reputable exhaust shop.
Otherwise, I gather aftermarket tuning etc. for diesels generally gets going quicker than for petrol models - so I'd be very surprised if a package including exhaust and engine management tune of some sort doesn't become available fairly soon for the 2.0 diesel - and also that Aussie suppliers will be involved fairly quickly - keep regularly googling.
