Default Track Bar Help

Care to expand on that, pretty sure you are talking about a JK product.

I need to find a track bar that doesn't hit the front diff cover. My current Wooders track bar is no good (more lift and I'd be ok)
Can't grind the fins off the Rockcrusher diff cover? That's what I did to fit the initial track bar.

Yeah, I noticed that!

I might go back to the original track bar (your one), as much as I don't like the hack n tap job with the adjuster that 4x4 USA did, it did seem to work. The upgraded track bar, whilst bigger, simply doesn't fit (I thought it did, but time has shown, it hasn't, and in the process, buggered up other things.

Just have to find the original one and also go back to a standard diff cover for clearance.

How are your arms adjusted? I've ran both a Wooders style panhard and the new one which is even bigger along with an ARB diff hat and have no clearance problems.

Drop bracket would work fine, most only drop an inch or so...therefore still above stock position with your lift.

Most guys with the RockCrusher cover have had to trim the fins off. I run a Sub panhard and have had to trim it (3.5" lift).
