Hi Tardis
,Got steamed up yesterday and rang Lismore dealer re parts whereabouts and a rental car, no sign of part, told to contact Jeep assist for rental.Ring Jeep assist tell her GC off road 3 weeks re part and need rental for business she tells me its the dealer who authorizes rental but takes details to ring up dealer and will ring me back straight away with part ETA Still waiting .Rang dealer he said its Jeep assist !!!Rang up Jeep Coffs said they had fitted halfshaft last week and had one in stock for another customer.Nil stock in Australia on his Jeep computer. I have emailed Jeep assist plus 2 phone calls to them without reply. To say I am pissed off would be an understatement!!I suppose I am lucky not stuck in Alice Springs for weeks.

I've only ever needed Jeep Assist once for a failed CV joint in the front drive shaft was stuck in a town for a week waiting for the part to arrive and be fitted, Jeep Assist were great and organised the rental vehicle all I had to do was go pick it up from the rental place...none of this bul$% you are going through.

hi barryman,

I'd go back and give the dealer some curry about the headlights. My WK2 went in for a 12 month service in August this year, they assessed the headlights with the DRL discolouration and had replacements in from Melbourne and fitted within the week.
