Mate, that's one of the best setup WJ Grand's I have ever seen, well done.

May I ask how much the freight was on importing the rear bar?

Cheers
Tim

The extra fuel tank is from LRA. The sales guy had been there 8 years and had never seen a tank for a WJ leave the warehouse. But they had the template, and it fitted up just fine. You get two filler pipes in the existing cap and a push button on the dash to activate the pump between the secondary and main.

I have to sell it because we have purchased a fairly big camper trailer and the WJ is just not suited for towing. With the gearing in the trans and the weight I have already added to the jeep it is just too heavy. It copes, but a diesel (with a little more room in the rear cargo area) would work out better. So looking for a 4.2 Turbo Diesel Patrol or 100 Series Cruiser.

As long as you don't tell the wife!! Everything was on one pallet. So the front bar, rear bar and skid plate. Total weight was 145kgs. With all customs fees, gst on goods etc it came to just over $1800.
