Almost ready to get the pink slip signed off. [emoji16]
I've welded up the holy exhaust, the locks work again, thanks WD40.
And finished the head lining.



Just gotta put it all back in...[emoji13]

mudmonsters alive again, no more power steering leaks and it drives like new, no movement in the steering what so ever

Installed the new RCV Axle Shafts to the D30 today.
Will test drive tomorrow.

Just don't replace your steering box you'll be fine. They Are a stupid fitting and the seal fails inside it
Did you find the grease able ones?

Mine on the drives side come off easy as the where we'll lubricated.
I think mines going to start rusting now if I keep fixing the oil leaks haha

Changed all four shocks today with 41mm foam cell, a transformation in ride quality. Probably due for a change considering the shocks I removed stated "Made in Western Germany" on the top. Hmmm, I own a 95... reunification was 89... hmmmm....
