For what its worth since fitting the teraflex replacement master cylinder my brake pedal feel is firm and comes to a hard stop under full load where it used to blow through the stroke before. It wasnt activating the rear brakes properly due to bypassing in the rear stage of the master.

Did you fit the bigger master cylinder from Teraflex (for Teraflex's big brake kit)?

just the teraflex big bore master which is just the chrysler larger unit found on 09 jks even has chrysler markings on the reservoir

And I bet it was cheaper than buying the Chrysler unit from a dealer!

I have a MY09 and my pedal drops almost to the floor when idling and I stand on the pedal...
