Not terribly, but you do have to pull them out through the front. Grill off, easy. Then unbolt the fan, air con etc. Then you can disconnect the hoses, drain it and pull it out. Only a few bolts.
Just make sure that, if you do, you use the right HOAT coolant, (at least in the 3.8 ), the different types do not mix well, I am told.
Doesn't take too long even when you don't rush it. I pulled mine when I needed to replace it. And again when I had to replace the fan.
