My J4700 has drum brakes front n rear and I measured the drum ID which was 12 1/8" inch. I was looking at new shoes on Rockauto and saw some described as 12" x 2" (Wagner PAB33R) and another set as 12.13"inch (Monroe BX33); I was under the impression there was either 11"x2" or 12"x2" shoes.
The part numbers are very similar but are they both the same or is there a difference?

have they been machined, I recently bought new drums, shoes & cylinders for a cj as the originals needed machining at $25 each, oversized shoes were about $28 a set extra than standard size & the drums were $88 each so deduct the savings of $39 off going standard & no machining made the drums cost $49 each for new instead of possible 33 year old ones
I'd say they would have been machined/lathed when my Dad did them up in the late 80's they look really good condition, the brake cylinders etc didn't fare so well sitting for 15+ years. I've yet to see new 12"in drums in 5 lug? I've seen new 8 lug type.
