Can any one suggest rear shocks for my lifted jeep cherokee kj 2005 3.7L. I currrently have heavy duty oil and air bags but want a firmer ride i do tow a caravan
Front shocks are currently gas ironman

I run rancho 9000xl adjustable Dodge Durango rear shocks with bump stop extensions

Mark. Stu's King Spring for the rear, and I run Polyair airbags inside the spring. Keep the Polyair bag at bump stop pressure around town (2psi will do), but when towing my camper I run them at 18psi. Keeps the lifted KJ level when towing but with the same shock performance as empty. You do not need a bumpstop with the Polyairs, in fact they are removed to install the bag in the spring and replaced by a rubber pad.

Gerard great to see that you are still kicking around here. I am missing the 'old' crowd.
