I still prefer large rubber bushes myself so it does not transfer so much road hashness into the body. Nissan GQ Patrol ones are very popular to use as nice and large, cheap and common to buy, and easy to fit into some standard sized tubing.

yep thats what i think i'lll use on one end of my arms and a jonny joint at the other for that slite flex.

I used 42x6mm for my arms and 4mm sleves for the bushes. Bent both front arms and all the bush housings all went oval shape and that was under a zuk truggy that i used for about 1year.
Now for the cherokee im looking for some pipe around 65x13 to make the arms and the bush housings ended up being 8mm thick, running yellow 60 series cruiser bushes.
