So I have tried to do some more digging on this. I rang All Grand and he does the hose replacement on an exchange basis. while I thought the price was a little expensive, he has his reasons for it so I will leave that. He seemed very knowledgeable and helpful though.

From drovers post and what I can find:
68242889AA is the complete new turbo water feed hose but not to be trusted.
68211250AA is the turbo water return hose
68148135AA is intake manifold gaskets

turbo hose under manifold I am going to source myself. I am having trouble finding any information on the EGR coolant hose and the oil cooler return hose.
Mopar parts giant diagram of oil filter/cooler housing don't show a hose
https://www.moparpartsgiant.com/part...=Limited%204WD)
I think it might be part number 6 here 68147604AA
https://www.moparpartsgiant.com/part...agram=i2314822
Neither does the EGR diagram but may be part number 68253365AA part number 4 in the coolant tube link above
https://www.moparpartsgiant.com/part...2321383&pnc=30

Can anyone help to identify these hoses?

Surprise update on my hoses from hell

You live and learn! Today, I learned the MY11-13 diesels DON'T have the dreaded turbo coolant hoses! In fact our turbo's are oil cooled.

The reason this only came to light today, is that although the All GC mechanic knows my car is a 2013, at the time of discussing and quoting he was thinking of 2013 MY14. Those hoses were introduced in late 2013 (MY14).

So the work he's just completed for me today came to a few hundred instead of somewhere around $2k. He replaced the EGR coolant hose and the oil cooler return hose (which was split internally and ready to fail!). EGR cleaned, intake clean, throttle body inspected and found to be spotless. Did a forced DPF burn, which also confirmed the swirl motor is sound (evidently if the swirl motor is damaged it throws a code and prevents a DPF burn being done.). Also needed a new rad cap.

I got away lightly, but hope this is useful info for any other MY11-13 owners who have been sweating on the turbo coolant hoses. If your car is a 5sp you've been spared, you don't have those hoses.

Good result. FOR YOU! Haha. Good information though.

Seem like very knowledgeable guys at All GC by the sounds of it.

From my research so far and this is in regards to my 2015,

Intake Manifold Gaskets..... 68148135AA
Oil Cooler Hose ........... 68147604AA
EGR Coolant Hose ............ 68253365
and of course you have the number for the mongrel pipe which we just replace with better hose...........

I should also mention thanks @SouthernComfort for confirming something I was thinking of last night when i was getting these numbers and stuff together as I couldn't cross reference the parts with early models and I was starting to think I better look at my 2011-2013 manuals to see. You have saved a lot of painfull work..
