It seems to be dragging on a bit. I have also been considering one of these, but it needs to be as reliable as the naturally aspirated engine before I will make a commitment. It would be hard to go past the Ripp superchargers due to the sheer volume that they have installed successfully over the years.

Loaded the new tune on last weekend, no issues works great, but I wasn't having any issues with the old tune, don't know what problems others were having, it's a huge improvement over the standard engine & the install looks like it was fitted at the factory it looks that good,
Also had it blue plated so its 100% legal to drive on the road now

In Vic its not even necessary to have it engineered as it fits withing VicRoads acceptable power variation guidelines.

In some ways i wish it fell outside them but "you win some and loose some"

biggest thing i dont like about all these systems including superchips is emailing for tunes. i think that is why so many people seem to have problems. the guys tuning the car aren't in the car on the dyno or on the road test so they cant get a real feel of what the car is doing. also emailing for tunes obviously takes alot longer to correct then someone sitting in the car with a laptop. I understand that it would be easier to validate any warranty claims but personally i would prefer someone local that had the software and ability to do this
