Smile List all the cars you have ever owned with the years you owned them
OK here goes, a trip down memory lane. And just for fun, what happened to them...

Some of these will be English cars due to my ancestry....

1. Chrysler Avenger 1986-1987. Sold privately.
2. Ford Granada 2.0GL 1987. Stolen and recovered as a write-off.
3. Ford Granada 2.3GL 1987 - 1988. Traded in.
4. Fiat Panda 1988 - 1993. Traded in.
5. Suzuki Vitara Sport. 1993. Sold privately as I was given a company car
6. Ford Sierra (company car) 1994-1995
7. Volvo something (company car) 1995
8. Honda Prelude 1996 - 1998 Sold privately
9. Toyota Avensis (company car) 1998 - 2000
10. Suzuki Vitara Sport 2000 - 2005. Ebayed.
11. Jaguar X-type. Sold to a dealer.
12. Nissan Pathfinder Ti. Still own.
13. Hyundai Tucson City SX. Still own but have accepted private offer from friend.
14. Jeep Wrangler JK. Not yet delivered!

And the cars I am yet to own and may never own -

15. Ford F150/250/350/whatever
16. Dodge Ram
16. Toyota Landcruiser Sahara


Anyone else want to fess up to their previous wheels?

Buggered if I can remember dates I owned 'em...
This is my lot....




1975 VW Passat
1975 TD Cortina Wagon, 200ci 4spd
1975 TD Cortina Wagon, 250ci 4spd. Worked. Very quick.
1974 TC Cortina Wagon, 351W C4 auto. Engineered but rego never eventuated.
1980 Subaru Wagon, 1600 4spd. Was in family from new. Rebuilt a coupla times. Custom paint, alloys etc.
1984 Ford Laser Hatch. Wifes.GF at the time.
1982 Ford Fairlane. 250 efi auto.
1980 Ford Falcon XD 302 4spd. Full body kit, Hornet scoop, boot spoiler, flares, very low.
1985 Ford Falcon Wagon XF, 250ci auto.
1990 Mitsubishi Magna TP Wagon.
1991 Mitsubishi Magna TP Wagon.
1990 VN Commodore Sedan LE. 3.8 auto.
1985 Toyota Bundera. 2.8 5spd.4x4
1986 Ford Falcon XF Sedan. 250ci auto
1984 Mitsubishi Pajero SWB. 2.8 5spd 4x4.
1994 Ford Falcon Wagon.4ltr auto.
1995 VS Commodore Wagon. 3.8 auto.
1981 MQ Nissan Patrol Wagon. L28 auto.4x4
1984 MK Nissan Patrol Wagon. L28 auto.4x4
1997 Jeep Cherokee XJ. 4ltr 4spd auto 4x4.(current)
1989 VN Commodore Wagon.3.8 auto. (current)
1981 GJ Mitsubishi Sigma Sedan GSR 2.8 auto. (current)

Hmmm...

1. '79 Ford RS2000 Escort 1998 - Present
Been in the family since the mid 80s. My first car. Still have it.
2. '03 Ford XR6T Automatic Ute 2003 - 2006. Traded
Reasonably well modified, pushing around 450HP, till the auto called it quits.
3. '05 Ford XR6T Manual Sedan 2006 - 2010. Traded
Traded the ute in on the sedan. Heavily modified to 750HP, was unbelievanly quick on the open road.
4. '99 Subaru WRX Manual Sedan 2008 - 2010. Traded
Bought this for the missus, but ended up being mine after I modified it. 350HP.
5. '06 Subaru Impreza STi Manual Sedan 2010 - 2011. Privately Sold
Traded both the XR6T and WRX on this. Best car I have ever owned. Only got rid of it because I couldn't use it how it's meant to be used (on a track) when I moved to Townsville. Miss it to bits.
6. '05 Jeep Cherokee Extreme Sport 2011 - Present.
My current daily. Decided to get a 4WD as it's better suited to life up here in FNQ. Bought it with just about everything already done.


Big lifestyle change with me getting a 4WD. Always had an interest in 4x4'ing. Must be getting old...

Next car will be an E46 BMW M3. But I'll keep the Jeep as the daily.

3)Datsun 240z
4) landrover 11A
5)misubishi colt
6)MGB 1967 some time in the 90's
7)susuki searra
TJ wrangler
Not many but I do tend to keep them for ages

I haven't been driving as long as you guys but I had

2000 Mitsubishi Magna 2007-2010
09 Jeep Patriot Feb 2010-yesterday
08 300c Yesterday - present.

I am loving the 300c so far and hope I keep loving it.
I'd love to add a modified Jeep to my stable as well.

Cant remember years except the fist one was 1987, and a lot of these I had in conjunction with others, had 4 cars and a motorbike at one point.

MKII Ford Cortina
RS2000 Ford Escort (Club racer car)
Mitsubishi Magna (Company car)
Suzuki Swift GTI (second model)
VK Commodore
Mitsubishi Verada
1969 Cal look Beetle
1976 Kombi (Stuck in a P76 V8 modified to 230HP)
1962 Beetle with 1776 motor
Toyota Corolla
XJ Cherokee (Still got it after 10 years)
Mazda 2
Mazda 6 (Current daily driver, current model)

and the bikes

Honda CB250N
1100 Katana
GSXR750 (With superbike kit)
XR600 with big bore 630 kit
Suzuki SVS650
CX500 Cafe racer (This is a keeper, fun and cheap)

I wish I still had the Escort, I'd love a MK1 Lotus Cortina or a MK1 Mexico Escort.

Next, no idea, may replace the Mazda 6 with the new Honda Accord Euro.
