Young Josh has has muckin around with metal for a while now.
I showed him the basics of welding, he taught himself the rest and then his uncle, a tradesman boily, polished him if you will.
He has made his own forge, forged his own tools and made heaps of stuff, from braziers to fire pokers to roses that hold tea lights.
So, what the f*#K are am I getting at??
Josh has been short listed for a Metal Fab/Engineering Apprenticeship with our local council.
Even if it goes no further, this time, he's only in year 10, and he's been short listed. They seem very impressed with him. So there is possibilities for the future.
