Looks pretty good. Are you losing much clearance under the sills with those supports?

All I've done to my KJ in the last few weeks is rotate the tyres.

Serviced the Auto Trans fluid including the filters and used Lubegard Shudder Fix.
Used Penrite Full Synthetic Multi Vehicle fluid(ATF+4 licensed).
Also installed the Transgo kit (didn't use the resistor).
Transmission shift is nice and direct and more responsive.

Also fixed the loose Auto Trans dipstick by filling it with Sikasil RTV, to make a mold inside. Let it dry and now no more loose dipstick.

Changed the Power Steering fluid and steering is a little firmer now as it was way too soft and sensitive before.

Finally got around installing the ProVent 200.

Managed to split the end of the hose that went into the CCV. I trimmed the split and used an old spark plug remover where one end went to the turbo hose and the bigger side joined up to the hose connected to the ProVent. A bit of grease helped slip things into place (that's what she said). Otherwise I would have had to find a 15mm to 19mm reducer.

Checked MAF reading and it's all good.

I used 19mm heavy duty fuel hose that wasn't too expensive ($22/meter).
For now I used heavy duty zip ties t hold it into place and there is no rattle at all. I might not even have to bother with a bracket.

The provent is a good buy. Western Filters in Aus has all the parts you need including the reducer in a silicon. Pic below.

I have a bugger load of parts coming in the next 2 weeks. Weeks kit 1 and 2, updated fuel filter head, new map sesor, new plugs, new thermostat and the GDE tune...soooooo looking forward to it!

Still have a rattle that is annoying the shit out of me but can not find it. Will look more when I do the above work.

If not the whole front end is coming off

I've been told if air enters the fuel head (even after priming), than a rattle can be experienced. Even when I got brand new fuel head I still have air entering and my pump is soft within 30 minutes. The culprit I've been advised is the fuel hose quick connects in the tank, and the recommendation is to replace them with normal hoses.

However I do not experience any starting issues, so I haven't got around fixing the fuel hoses (if it's in fact the issue).

Of course another common issue is air entering through the fuel heater plug (hence why it's recommended to unplug it if not required).
Here in Brisbane we will never need a fuel heater.
