Surburban used to drill out the end and fit a tie rod but now have manufactored a whole new complete assembly which is much better.
You can also just re-drill the axle end bracket like I show on my site to centre the axle after a lift if you want a cheaper way out.

Anyone know somewhere in Brisbane that can do this for me? Not really keen to pay $450 for a new one, when mine is fine, but need to make it adjustable, so can ditch my stupid pro comp trackbar relocation crap.

I couldn't find anyone to do it and in the end bought one from whiteline for $250ish, there's a thread in the Cherokee section if you go do a search.

I paid about $350 (from memory) including tie rod end for a Rubicon adj trackbar for my XJ in January last year from Wooders. Easy fit and no hassle at all.
