hi,

i have a 96 XJ Limited, purchased just over 5 months ago. They are a solid good car, with some issues to look out for, like the electric seats stuff up and jam, the headers seem to crack quite easily and the radiator is crap.

have a chat with gojeep or goto his website http://www.go.jeep-xj.info

cheers,
oz

ive got a mate who wants to join the jeep brethren. he reckons he's come across a nice tight rig, but he just wants a heads-up before he gets it inspected.

thanks again.

You dont need 4"+ of lift to take an XJ most places, 2"+ some decent 30's gives you pretty good clearance and disconnecting the front swaybar and removing the rear if you have one helps massively. I've done 4" of lift to allow for 31's etc but that was really just inchitis kicking in . Bang for your buck a 2"-2.5" lift is excellent, 3" and up and it becomes comparatively expensive.

Cheers
Steve
