So we found items close to our dimensions then machined them to required tolerances. Used old alternator pullies and some water pipe.

Nope, just need to improvise at times. If you have access to a lathe you'll have no issues at all.

Did the hydraulic thermo fan override today, nice & simple.
Just tap into the centre wire that connects to the fan solenoid (Brown & violet), run a wire into the cab to a switch , then ground the other side of the switch.

Flick the switch & it hits full boar, sounds like it wants to take off
