First of all, blow off with pressurized air through the return line and the main supply line hoses.
Before that, open the petrol tank cap and place someone close to the filler neck, in order to tell you for sure that he hears bubbling or air blowing through the tank.
If not, you should take out the tank and clean it thoroughly.
It has built up dirt or scale (mostly from the biodiesel) and clogs the main supply line.
Then the sensor reads low pressure as it lacks fuel.
Thats also the reason for misfirings, smoke, dislike to start easily or the sudden shut downs when you put the pedal to the metal.
When the return line is clogged, then what happens is the exact opposite: builds up higher than normal pressure in the rail, which is also detected by the sensor, and shuts down the engine again.
After all the above is done check also all the o-rings of the filter (as allready told), and the lines from the filter to the pick-up pump.
