someone broke into it, stole the gps and busted up the centre console and glovebox when it was parked in darlinghurst tongiht

at least they knew how to open up the soft top windows properly :-/

That happened to my previous fourby in pretty much the same spot - was parked up next to the park outside St Vincent's....only gone a few minutes.

no point getting angry, its just "stuff", and its all insured.
now just have to get quotes from Jeep to replace the broken stuff and hope that the dealer charges about the same or more than equivalent Tuffy parts

picked up my new JK 4dr crd last friday. including jeep bar work,
this week i fitted my icom radio, my inverter, my winch, power cable to the rear so i can plug in my camper.
soon to go on. my elec brake controller, long range tank and safari snorkel.

then have to decide on which lift to fit.

already had it muddy with 400k on the clock

Oh, i'm wearing a big smile atm

That hatch in the boot floor is the best place to stash things. Locking the console and glove box is just letting them know you have something good in there. I leave both open if im parked in a bad area.
