I downloaded & set this up last night. Very cool stuff! You basically walk around your desktop, and click on panels to run apps. It's highly customisable, you can put your photos on the walls, and create links to apps in tons of places.
It uses 8mb when you're not moving, but jumps up to 35MB when you run around the room. I've got more RAM than I need at the moment (768MB), so it doesnt bother me.
